The place I work for has what is called summer hours. Well because of the time change it makes it hard on me to get to the gym after work so I opted to come in later this way I could go to the gym in the morning. Well, little did I know by doing this I would have helped my IBS-C out tremendously. I used to have the cramps really bad in the morning, now that I'm going to the gym in the morning I haven't experienced them in the past week. I have had relieving BMs all week long and I handle stress better through out the day. It is a true miracle. I have also worked more fresh fruits and vegetables into my diet. I still can't eat brocolli or cherries and grapes but that's ok. I haven't felt this good in awhile.

Isn't it great when you feel wonderful? I have felt that way since last week when I started a new medicine and Benefiber. Don't you wish it could last forever?

Yay!!!!!! Great news Janice!!! Glad you're feeling well - it a good feeling isn't it? Not worrying about when your next movement will be...that's how I feel when I'm not well...
Seems like exercise is a really big piece of the puzzle for us C'ers... I have found that if I don't have a movement during the day - before 3 or 4 in the afternoon, I won't have one that day. My body seems to like the day time for that. The only time I've ever had a movement in the evening has been pain and D!
