YUM! I finally found them at the health food store. I am so glad I did! Except now I'll have to buy them all the time.

I like them better than icecream sandwiches. I prefer the chocolate over the vanilla. I hear they make them in mint chip too! Ooooohh..I haven't found mint chip yet. I did find peanut butter but the store that carries them is waay to far from my house...they would be melted by the time I got home!

Soy Dream also makes a fake ice cream sandwich called 'Lil Dreamers. They are amazing. I've only had the chocolate variety, and they are great. Even my dairy-eating mom couldn't tell the difference. I haven't tried the Tofutti Cuties yet.

I got the vanilla ones and they are really really good!
I also found Vanilla Almond Bark Tofutti ice cream at Dominion (Loblaws and Longos didn't have it) and I think it's even better than the tofutti cuties! Yuuuuuuuuuuummmmmy!

I only ask because I requested that my grocery store carry them. They wondered what the brand name is. Can't find them in Canada. Can anyone help me out?

Yes I think it is Tofutti and someone said they found them at Dominions. I must have a look next time I go!
Oh, and how much are the BTW cos while I was searching on the net for them I found a coupon thingy for a free box tee hee!

Yes the brand is Toffuti.
Ya know...just yesterday I was so excited about them, now I'm having second thoughts! I had an attack today after I ate one...I don't know if it was from that or not, but it's the only 'different' thing I've eaten lately. I'm so mad because they are AWESOME!

Cara, that's too bad. But it certainly is consistent with the one rule my hubby and I have come up with over the years about my tummy problems -- "if it tastes too good to be true, it probably is," meaning it will give me an attack!!

Hi,
I live in the Toronto area and have found Tofutti "cuties" and Tofutti "ice cream" at a health food store called "Alternatives" and at a grocery store called "Dominion". The brand name is Tofutti and they make all kinds of products. I tried to get on their web page today to give you more info but I couldn't connect for some reason. Here's the web page if you want to give it a try.
On my container of "Vanilla Almond Bark Frozen Dessert" it says that Tofutti is distributed in Canada by Cholac, Barrie, ON L4N 7M7 and Garden of Eat'n, Montreal, Que. H3W 2Z5. Maybe you could ask your grocer to contact them. I like the ice cream more than the cuties but they are both very very good and well worth it!

Hey hansolo,
I've actually found them in a few places in Canada. Believe it or not, one of the Shoppers Drug Marts in London carries them. I'm not sure if you're familiar with London, but there's a new big Shoppers on Commissioners and Wellington that carries Tofutti Cuties, Tofutti brand ice cream, Amy's Soy Cheese Pizza and No Pudge Brownies! It's great, I was in heaven. And it's open 24/7 for conveinance.
I also found something similar to the Tofutti Cuties at a store called Quartermasters in London, it was made by Soy Dream but they were soy ice cream sandwiches, and they were good too. But, if you live near London, I highly recommend checking out the Shoppers, it's great!
