Hope you don't mind me butting-in but I live in Houston, too. My sister lives in LaPorte. Hasn't the weather been horribly HOT, lately. Guess that is better that a whole week of rain that we had recently.. THANK GOODNESS FOR AIR CONDITIONING!

Hey Barbie,
Yes it is getting hot. That week of rain was just plain nasty. You know it's just going to get even hotter and more humid, the humidity alone is enough to stifle you. I don't think we could go thru the spring and summer with out A/C.
Well lets hope that all of us ladies and gentlemen get thru the summer feeling good!!!

My husband grew up in Shepherd but I try not to hold that against him . San Diego to Lake Livingston...that is quite a stretch. Did you have culture shock?
My husband used to have to translate for me when his family started talking!  They are major "kuntry" though. Sweet people.

Hello fellow IBS Texas gals. I was just diagnosed on 5/26/04.I am Ibs-A. I will be living in Watauga(close to Ft.Worth)-once I get married in Sept. We are just trying to soert out the "Madness" of ibs. Anybody else close to Ft.Worth?
