however you like. All that really matters is that you find one (or more) that works well for you (and there is individual variation here, so you'll have to experiment a bit). Try to get your combined total dose of the supplements up to 12-15 grams a day. This is just much, much easier to do with powders. I also think in general that the powders are more effective, but tablets are more convenient for keeping on you for travel, restaurants, etc.

I don't like the Citrucel caps at all - they are the only supplement that flat out does not work for me, and I was surprised to hear others say the same thing. Citrucel powders works well many folks.

Try the Benefiber and see what you think.
