DON'T DO IT!!

I thought it would be safe.... w/soy milk. I asked who the maker was and did my own research.

INGREDIENTS: MALTITOL, NONDAIRY CREAMER (PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED COCONUT OIL, CORN SYRUP SOLIDS, SODIUM CASEINATE, MONO & DIGLYCERIDES, DIPOTASSIUM PHOSPHATE, LECITHIN), REDUCED LACTOSE WHEY, BLACK TEA POWDER, GROUND CINNAMON, GUAR GUM, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS, SILICON DIOXIDE (ANTI-CAKING AGENT), SUCRALOSE(SPLENDAŽ BRAND).

Yeah, generally "low carb" + processed food = no fun for IBS. Like it would kill a coffeehouse to just brew up some spices and tea and then throw in some rice or soy milk and maybe a little sugar or honey - sheesh, I'm a militant non-cook and yet can manage that!

But that stuff looks particularly evil. Thanks for passing that info along - I'll doublecheck before getting my next soy chai latte.
