Hello,
I'm trying to expand my diet a tiny bit (basically to include anything other than potatoes, rice and bread ) and I was thinking of making a pumpkin soup as I made a potato soup last week and it went over well with my tummy.

Anyways, I havent' been tolerating veggies well at all, so I was concerned because I don't know if pumpkin is a soluble or insoluble?

Thanks!
Kelly

Kelly, Pumpklin is a soluble food, and should be ok. Pumpkin pie would taste good, any suggestions?

Kelly, Pumpkin is
listed as soluble & should be safe. I too have started this diet, or trying to. I have suffered with IBS w/constipation since 1974. I know I have been eating all the wrong foods. But get tired of rice, oatmeal & english muffins.
