I've expereinced terrible gas attacks- could the increase of the Acacia have caused this? I was at one teaspoon 4x a day and now up to 2 teaspoons 4x a day...I did rasie it slowly- but I'm feeling pretty "explosive." Ideas? I'm trying to take hte Acacia before every meal and before my morning run and light snack....

and stay there, and see what happens. You may just have to increase more slowly, by 1/2 tsp or even 1/4 tsp at a time. If you increased all four of your doses by an extra teaspoon, you just added more than a tablespoons of extra Acacia in one day. That's a pretty big sudden increase.

Take things more slowly, keep your four doses a day (that's a really good idea) and have some fennel tea to dissipate the gas you have.
