I'm so sorry, sweetie. Have you ever tried ginger tea for the nausea? Just cut a slice of ginger the size of a quarter and drop it into a mug of boiling water. I used it all the time when pregnant and nauseous. It really helped. I share your dilemma with the mall. IT's like my body knows I'm going - within 5 minutes of getting into a mall I have an attack no matter what I ate, didn't eat, or when. It's like my gut has shopping radar. And of all things to interrupt .... shopping is sacred!

I had the same thing happen to me at the mall a few years back (before I was diagnosed with IBS). My girlfriend at the time and myself were walking through the mall trying to find a dress for her. Before we began to shop we had Chinese food. BIG MISTAKE. As we were in Macy's and she was trying on different dresses, the rumbling began. I yelled to her over the dressing room door that I'd be back. I ran to the bathroom and thought I was going to die. The D was so bad. We finally found her a dress but I was dying for the rest of the day. That was one trip to the mall that I'd like to forget. So, I know exactly how you felt!!

I am sorry you had such a terrible time at the mall. I just wanted to let you know that if you have any Rite Aids around you, that is where I found Equalactin this weekend. I had also been looking for it, and I finally found it this weekend! I was so happy! Anyway, just a thought, and I hope things are going better for you.
