I am ready to eat the Van's waffles, but am uncertain to whether it is a safe food or not. Here's the ingredients: water, brown rice flour, potato starch flour, sweet rice flour, canola oil, rice bran,pear/pineapple/peach sweetener, blueberries (dried blueberries, dates(not dusted with oats),apple fiber powder, natural blueberry flavor), rice flour, baking powder, salt, soy flour, natural flavor, soy lecithin, guar gum. On the front it says dairy free, eggless, yeast free, kosher, and no cholesterol. What do you think?

i eat their gluten free product and am quite happy with it. i just don't do the butter on it- just splash some sugar-free syrup on top.

I always buy the Van's Frozen Wheat-free Blueberry Waffles and love them! They're great if I'm running late and can pop two in the toaster to go. Just picked some up at the store the other day.

I ate them last night without any problems and then again this morning. They're PERFECT!!!! I hope I can find some more yummy treats to eat.

Hmmm, I think I had the plain flavor (not blueberry) and "yum" wasn't my response... to me, they tasted a little cardboardy.

You know, I tried the Apple Cinnamon ones and had the same "blah" feeling about them. The blueberries definitely make a difference!
