Pennsylvania Glad to hear you are going to a new doctor! I swear isn't the majority of their job to listen and be compassionate? Read the inner ear posting, that is what I thought of too. It is allergy season(for me)could your sinuses be infected causing the dizziness and nausea. Post nasal drip? Gallbladder? My mom had flu/ibs symptoms before she almost in her words "died from the pain" of a gallbladder attack. It was removed. New meds? Mixing over the counter meds/vitamins with prescription? I agree with what everyone said - have your new doctor figure out the nausea and dizziness. That really doesn't sound like IBS at all and there may be something they can do about it!
