Is one equalactin pointless?

I was wondering if anyone ever just takes 1 equalactin instead of 2? I dunno if theres even enough of anything in one of them to do anything but for some reason I always just wanna take one - sorda like I do with Immodium (unless Im really sick!)

Have you tried taking just one? If you did and it worked, then I'd say it wasn't pointless. You could always try taking one and if it doesn't work, take another.

i agree with Mags, but also want to add that since Equalactin is not a medication, it's a soluble fiber supplement, there's no reason not to take two. if one helps you, then fine, but if it doesn't, there's no reason you couldn't take 2. PS: drink some water with your Equalactin!
