i am doing good. 2 days now on the diet and no being sick.
but my mom is worried that I will gain weight from the carbs in bananas and rice and all the soluble fiber foods.
We just opened the pool, so I can excersize, I am trying to get my bike fixed so I can ride that too.
I am 140 today, gained a little weight last week eating junk food.
I really want to lose it.

first of all, sweets, nobody anywhere has gotten fat from bananas! they're a fruit! they're not french fries! i'm just teasing you. seriously, i know a lot of people are concerend about gaining weight from this diet. it's a common question lately.
you may want to look over this post that Heather created: Carbs, explained. that should be useful to put your mind at ease.
make sure you're not filling your tummy with "safe" foods like all-sugar candies and RKTs--- the sugar will make you pack on some pounds. sorry to rush, but i gotta go eat a banana!
