Can't find that FAQ..

Could someone please point me to the FAQ that gives posting guidelines, what the abbreviations mean, etc.. ? I know I saw it when I first found this site but searching and searching I'll be darned if I can find it again!

that says "new folks, read this first". That has some of the info you're looking for. Not sure about a specific post that lists all the abbreviations - but in general, an "nt" in the subject line means there's no text in the body of the post. IBS-c is constipation, IBS-d is diarrhea, and IBS-a is alternating.
