Question About Altoids

Hi. I see that many folks talk about Altoids being helpful because of the peppermint in them - I imagine. I bought Wintergreen Altoids the other day and noticed that the "artificial flavour" is listed before the "natural flavour". Does anyone know if there's another type that has less artificial flavour in it - or does it even matter?
I did order Heather's perppermint caps and I'm anxious to try them when they arrive.

It's the peppermint oil in the Altoids that does the trick, I think. So try and find the peppermint flavored ones.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
