My question is - Is it even more important to eat insoluble fiber while taking acacia? I know that it is important to eat it reguardless and Im slowly bringing it in to my diet but I was wondering if I need to even more while taking acacia. I just started acacia 2 days ago taking 2 tsp. a day.

No, you wouldn't need more insoluble. You'll probably be able to tolerate more insoluble with the Acacia, because it's giving you a good soluble fiber basis. But it's not like eating more soluble fiber means you somehow need more insoluble. Just as a general rule, try to safely incorporate insoluble fiber with every meal and snack, using soluble fiber foods (and/or supplements) as your foundation to allow you to do this. This is a good way to make sure you're always getting enough of the fruits, veggies, beans, nuts, whole grains, etc. that you need to for good health. Just a little bit, all day long, will add up to a whole lot better than none at all. And the more you do gradually increase, the better you'll likely be able to tolerate it, so the more you'll be able to eat it...and then you'll have a good cycle going.
