Seems there are alot of options out there.I tried 2 years with nothing but when you work full time as some are most have to you have to do what you can.Other than not eating at all! The dr as given me Elavil also for sleeping . But with the Librax & Elavil you feel like a ZOMBIE!!!! But if I have to I taken when I have a real( bad spell) that what I call my IBS jumbo trips!Also use Imodium when I fly are nothing else works! But thanks to all!
