hey, you changed your picture! looks nice.

ok, i think i got it, but i'm still kinda confused. so i want to stay under 25% fat for the whole meal? let's take your example of peanut butter...57% for the peanut butter and let's say the bread, for two slices, has 18% fat. then i have a glass of vanilla soy milk which has 45% fat. now how do i calculate the total % of fat for the whole meal?

another question...do i for the most part need to stay under 25% fat for everything i eat,not just the whole meal?

Hey Girlfriend,

Yes, I got your e-mail and replied. 3 hours ago.

No, you can only get Soy Dream "milk" at the grocery store. You have to go to the health food store for the frozen non-dairy dessert. BUT -- it's worth the trip! You will be amazed at the incredible choices of soy "ice cream" out there! AND -- you'll also want to stock up on Amy's frozen soy cheese pizza, soy parmesan, soy sour cream, soy cream cheese, Soy Garden "butter" -- somebody STOP ME!

No, Kree, I meant Soy Dream, not Soy Delicious. Soy Dream is also available in "ice cream." I have a carton of it in front of me. (Don't tell.) I've certainly eaten enough Mocha Fudge to know! Soy DREAM Frozen Non-Dairy Dessert. Mocha Fudge, Vanilla -- all those in my post.

And Mocha Fudge beats Soy Delicious cookie avalanche all to heck!

Oops! In that case, I've been confused all this time when you were talking about mocha fudge! My bad!!! I'll have to look for that now!

And I've also moved beyond Cookie Avalanche. That's not my favorite anymore either.

Self: either put away the Mocha Fudge OR shut your mouth.

Yes -- it's no more than 25% fat for the whole meal. That's right.

Your peanut butter sandwich and "milk" meal?

Peanut butter...57%
Bread, 2 slices....18%
Soy milk .......45%

That averages out to 40% fat. Too high. You risk a fat attack. Hey, I like that: "fat attack." Kinda like in the old days when I used to always have a "Mac Attack"!

Peanut butter is really high in fat; you need to reduce the amount drastically to get that percentage down. Or you could reduce the amount of soy milk. If you cut the amount of peanut butter in half AND the soy milk in half, then the average percentage of that meal would turn out to be 23%, below the 25% limit. How 'bout that?

I look at EVERYTHING I eat as a meal. Even if I have a snack of just a rice cake, that's a meal. Whatever it is, it has to be below 25% fat.

Thanks for the compliment about my pic. But it's not really me. This is my evil twin.
