Well as most of you know i am new to all this..but i think this list is a great idea! Always helps to think of the good things...here is my list so far (a lot of them you guys have mentioned, but why not mention them again!) Rice mangos (i hate bananas so these have been great!) sourdough bread my loving/understanding boyfriend carrots rice crackers rice did i mention rice?? of course, soft toilet paper! stress free days I am sure my list will continue to grow but that is what i have at the moment

i just google "animated gif" and whatever i'm looking for...
for example my little snoozing moon was located using "animated gif sleeping."
it's as simple as that!

Yes its priceless for living in NYC with IBS- I use it too! Maybe you'll see me one day on the subway desperately searching the restrooms near the upcoming stop! (Preferably with celebrity sitings - have you read them? there's one about Nicole Kidman which is hilarious) - dan

Here is what I am grateful for:
1.To find a group of people that really understand IBS. 2.Believe it or not a thing called a rice sock...you take a clean sock and fill it with white rice, tie it off, pop it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and wholah! a heating pad that conforms to every body part and delivers moist heat for a loonnnng time. 3.Rice milk smoothies, have trouble with soy. 4.To find other people that are bothered by totally innocuous things like mouthwash and low pressure systems...so cool. 5.Peppermint Tea 6.Great books and movies to take my mind off of my gut.

Some things I am grateful for: All of you of course.. my ability to eat three bagels at a time and more pasta than any one I know:)... running and my yoga classes... my cut lil puppy... the cd player in my school bathroom:)... tea with honey CANDY!!! (what would I do without it??!)
