Pages: 1 Multivitamins?       #53610 - 03/23/04 10:26 PM Edit Reply Quote Vicam Reged: 02/24/04 Posts: 1955 Loc: Ontario, Canada Ok, I was thinking today about the multivitamin that I take and something Heather mentioned in her book I believe (it may have been on the site) about how some vitamins and drugs aren't good because of all the extra ingredients that get put into them. I take Centrum on a regular basis just as a basic multivitamin, does anyone know if this one is good or bad? Thanks!
