Hi; Iwas wondering if grains like amaranth and buckwheat are ibs.safe. When I just had food allergies I had these grains and they worked for a while but not very long, of course, I didn't have fibre supplements at that time to help me out.

Hi - I'm not familiar enough with amaranth to know how much insoluble fiber is in there. Buckwheat flour and buckwheat noodles (also called soba) are usually very safe (and tasty!).
