Just a general question, I'm not a big sweet eater but I was wondering, are things like jubes or big feet safe for our tummies? I would assume so since there's no fat or dairy or anything in them, but I thought I would check. My boyfriend brought home a big bag of Big Feet thinking it was something we could share...so I thought I'd ask.

I've never heard of Big Feet candy, but in general, just be careful of the high fructose corn syrup that is likely to be in some candy. Som IBS people are bothered by it. It was very sweet of your boyfriend to bring home something he thought would be safe for you to eat so you two could share it! Andie

Well said, Andie! Andie's right - high fructose corn syrup is often a trigger. With that said, I love gummy bears. I have a small handful after a safe meal and I'm just fine. It's a great little "sweet" that's a lot safer than some other high fat things.
