It was just plain old frozen carrots, cauliflower & broccoli. No sauce. Brand is President's Choice - not sure if you have this in the States. But I think it's probably just the broccoli... since others seem to have trouble digesting it too. Thanks!

Hey, thanks for the answer. Yeah it must have been the broccoli, plus the cauliflower (they're in the same family so that was a double whammy for you!).

I think snap peas are a problem for me, I made them last week in a stif fry, and it was one for my bad nights. Just wanted to warn you to eat with caution.
