I sent you two emails Heather, I panicked cause I could not post or reply. I figured it out and here I am  now; my question is: I saw on the food network tv Sara made a walnut loaf and I wanted to know how and where to post the recipe to get it modified.Thanks Heather

Sorry I have not gotten back to you about that - I would have, I've just been buried in emails all week and am really struggling to catch up (and still haven't). I'm so glad you figured it out!!
Post the walnut loaf recipe here on the boards, but in the IBS Recipe Forum. If you go to the main message board page (at the very top of this page, you'll see a purple text link for "IBS Message Boards") you'll see all of the different forums, starting with diet, and recipes are the second forum. Just post in there asking for modifications, and you'll get lots of good info.
