HI All
I've been following "What to Eat When You Can't Eat Anything" and have slowly started to add foods back into my diet. I have been very cautious about adding insoluble fiber to my diet (just a little cooked zuchinni) and was wondering if fresh made carrot or veggie juice is OK. I have a Champion juicer and it does a great job with any type of veggie. Any cautions, hints, advice?
Just want to make sure this is OK and won't start another attack.
Thanks! janet

Janet,
I have not had any vegetable juices either [yet]; but I have had luck with a product called Naked Juice. It is nothing but the pureed fruits. I have always made sure that I had some soluble fiber with each serving, though...
I hope this helps.

Yes, it should be just fine. We actually just had some good posts about home juicing fresh fruits and veggies - do a board search and you'll find great info.
