Hi Heather; Is there any reason why waffles that are organic,wheat-free,dairy-free etc. would be ibs.unsafe. I tried them one time and they didn't seem to agree with me. Would the supplements make any differnce to their effect?

Hi - What was the fat content? That's the only thing I can really think of. Low fat waffles should be just fine - they're rarely whole wheat, and if they're dairy free that's great. Eating them after your soluble fiber supplement should make them even more tolerable.
Best, Heather

Hi - Well, 5 grams would be 45 calories from fat. That's about half a tablespoon. Is this per serving? What are the total calories per serving? The percentage of calories in the waffles coming from fat makes a difference. You want that percentage to be less than 30% (at most).
