Has anyone heard of Acacia Honey. It is also made from the Acacia plant as is very light. It is the best honey I have ever had! A little pricy, but really has a nice smooth flavor.

Wow, thats cool Joan! No, I've never heard of that before. My mom recently bought lavender honey, and that has a neat taste too! At first I thought they had flavored it with lavender, but it turns out it's just honey that's pollinated from the lavender plant. Interesting stuff.

Wow! That would be an interesting flavor. Is it a light color too? My other favorite is at the apple orchard by bees who pollinate from the apple trees. The bad thing is I can only get it in the fall monthes when the orchard is open.
