Heather: I can't seem to find noriseaweed or bonito flakes anywhere. Where do you get them from, and do they deliver to Canada. :)

Hi Louise - You'd probably have to get these ingredients at an Asian market, though you might be able to find them in the ethnic section of a grocery store. You could either skip recipes that call for these ingredients, or mail order them from Uwajimaya. Their number is 1.800.889.1928 and they'll ship things to you.

I don't think you can shop online, but you can see their products, & order by fax, phone, or mail.
I remember looking on there when I couldn't find some ingredients either.
