In the deadly sins you have multivitamin supplements listed and it says 'aren't they good for you?'. I was going to start taking one, but have been a little afraid to. I know you were going to address this on #4, but could you quickly let me know if they cause problems so I'll know if I should skip them? Thank you, Lori

Hi - take a multivitamin in the middle of a meal and you should be fine. Watch out for high doses of vitamin C, iron, and an imbalance of calcium/magnesium. You can search the boards for past calcium posts for tons of info on that specifically. Also, liquid vitamins are often tolerated better than pills.
