Are you referring to Heather's teas or just tea in general? For Heather's tea or any loose tea, you need a tea strainer or a tea ball. If you are buying, for example, Celestial Seasonings, you just need hot water and a mug Do a search on this if I'm not being helpful...I remember this being brought up in the past (I think the subject was "tea strainer" and I think it was in the Eating for IBS Diet board). In the Living Room you can do a search for Tea Contest or Favorite Tea or something like that.....I was trying to figure out some new teas to try and this post helped me lots.
