Check your local whole food store I found fennel tea bags at mine here is the brand name if they don't have it they can order it maybe for you? Alvita there caffiene free and the best thing is you can take them anywhere.You make it by boiling the water and adding it to your cup and steeping the tea bag for 3 minutes, if you don't havea bodum pot just cover your mug with a saucer that works too.

Go to www.bodum.com, I love this Shell posted this sometime last year and I bought one and one for my mom for christmas there not expensive at all and it works great.
