a safe way to gain weight

I have had IBS for the last 8 years. I now find my self in a position where I need to gain 10 to 15 pounds and I'm not sure of a how I should go about this. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Yes, but be careful to read the ingredients. Most of the meal replacement drinks have a lot of dairy, and sometimes too much fat to be safe for IBS as well. You have to make sure you know what you're getting with these, so you don't have any unhappy surprises.
