Im getting frustrated

Im trying this elimination diet and i feel like im starving, I love to eat when i feel good, can i eat jello to start with, what about applesauce, should i maybe eat foods I know I can eat, then add what Im not sure of

Hi - Do you have the breaking the cycle diet info? You shouldn't be hungry - you can eat as much as you need to when you're breaking the cycle, it's sticking to the soluble fiber foods and strong herbal teas that count. Break the Cycle Diet
No jello - it's full of chemical colors, flavors, etc.

Heather, does that apply to the pudding & pie filling? Is that the "fumaric acid, yellow 5, yellow 6, BHA"? Yum yum.
