WHAT ARE ADBs????!!!! OMG, Girl! Are you in for a TREAT! Go to the recipe board and do a search for Antidepressant Brownies, otherwise known as Low-Fat Brownies. TessLouise posted the recipe sometime ago -- and got us all hooked on them. I've made about 20 batches since then. They're INCREDIBLE.
The No-Pudge is hard to find. I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to Albertson's -- they had 2 boxes of the stuff. No-Pudge is great because it's ZERO fat, and it tastes almost as good as the ADBs. Go into the internet and search for No-Pudge -- they have a web site -- or do a search for them here, and you'll find the web site. On the web site is a locator; you put in your zip code, and the locator will find the nearest store in your area that carries them.
ENJOY!

You can find info on the No-Pudge at www.nopudge.com, and here's the ADB's.
Everyone has their own preference of which they like better. Personally, I like the No-Pudge. I think they are more fudgy. Plus I like the conveniece of dump, stir, and bake. When I made the others, they were more cake-like. Depends on which kind you like.
