I can't get the soy yogurt to make them with either -- so I'll just stick with ADB...

you can use applesauce instead of yogurt right Bev? I thought I remembered Heather making that suggestion to Bev.

Yep. The box states that on it.

Not fair!! Cant get them in Australia. Sound so yummy!!!

It says on the website you can order them online and have them shipped! I don't know what the shipping would be like to AUS though.

I looked at the healthfood store and it didn't state it there -- maybe it was just the varierty I had.... or maybe I just missed it. I looked all over that box to see if you could sub something for that yogurt. Thanks for letting me know -- maybe next time. They only carry the coffee flavor -- and I'm not too sure about that --- never having been a coffee lover myself.

Okay, I got my No Pudge box in front of me. On the side -- now you're looking at the front of the box, okay? Turn it counter-clockwise. Now you're looking at the side panel. It says: "No Pudge! Notes." You with me? There are 5 tips. Drop down to number 4. Okay? It says:

"Lactose intolerant? Or simply out of yogurt?? Try substituting 2/3 cup of one of the following for the 2/3 cup of vanilla yogurt: applesauce, fat-free sour cream, silken tofu or soy yogurt. Add . . . " blah blah blah.

Did I lose you?

I have a feeling you've bought a different kind. Go to web page and check 'em out. Is that what you bought? (I'm surprised you found it at your health food store; mine didn't have it -- I had to get it at Albertson's.) That web site, by the way, has a locator, so you can find where to buy them in your area.

Oh, and about the coffee flavor. I bought all the store had -- cappuccino flavor -- they didn't have "plain." And, as much as I LOVE coffee, I was disappointed -- not in the coffee flavor, but in the chocolate. I'm a REAL chocoholic -- not like the wuuses in here, who shall remain nameless, but they know who they are! -- and I don't want nothin' in my chocolate trying to distract me from my addiction. Know what I mean?

then you really need to get the plain chocolate. The mint is too minty, and I didn't really like the raspberry either, but the chocolate is really chocolaty-put a few vegan choc chips in to really bump up the chocolate!

lol -- you guys are so funny! Thanks -- I may try it. They only sell the cappucino kind - so I may add chocolate chips -- or I may request the plain chocolate kind - or I may go back and they may have it... you never know. lol I didn't buy the box -- so I can't check and see if I missed it or not. I just looked all over the box while I was in the store -- and couldn't find any alternate directions. I saw where they suggested certain varieties of yogurt and all that -- but no alternatives to yogurt.

I must have taken my dumb pill.
