Mags and I were talking about my attack last night, and she asked how much fat is in the mocha fudge I had. I thought I had her -- but she proved me wrong. I was shocked to discover it has 39% fat for a 70g. serving. (How much is 70g.? A cup? Cup and a half? One scoop? Two?)
Just for the heck of it, I checked on the chocolate and the vanilla. They're even WORSE! They both contain -- are you ready? -- 45% fat!
OMG! We've been talking about this stuff in this board all this time -- and not realizing how fatty it is! I don't know how much 70g. is, but I had approximately 2 scoops of the stuff. I had THE WORST attack last night, was sick all day today, and I'm still nauseated tonight.

That's why I eat the Rice Dream Ice Cream, but VANILLA only, it has somthing like 6 grams fat per 1/2 cup serving. I eat 1/4 cup only at a time, but being the chocolate lover I am, I sprinkle Ghirardelli hot cocoa mix, or their sweetened cocoa on top of it. Wurkz fur me! Kandee Rice Dream Frozen Desserts Info

Their cocoa marble fudge is only 9%. That's what I eat and it doesn't give me any trouble.

Having an attack can put you at war with food. I doubt the brownies are really high fat as there isn't much oil in them. I'm sorry you are having such a rough time. None of us deserve this disorder since the people on this board are such caring and nice people.

Have you tried SharonMello's no-fat brownies? There is no fat, really...in them. I eat them all the time, just because of that!!!

Hey Bev!
I'm glad we may have figured it out. I'm pretty sure the ABD's are okay. You could always swing over to No-Pudge! Just kidding! The ABD's are really low fat. TessLouise wouldn't steer you wrong.
Have you ever thought of trying sorbet? It's fat free. Or, do you have Luigi's Italian Water Ice there? A coworker turned me on to their fudge ones - they're fat free, but I swear they don't taste it!! They are so good!
Maybe you should get an ice-cream maker, and you can control what's in it. I love to make sorbets in mine.
Hope you're feeling better soon!

Thanks, Girlfriend. I'm a little better, but my tummy is HUGE and very tender.
I just finished going through the pantry with my calculator. It wasn't pretty.

Joan, how can that be? How can one flavor be 45% fat (the vanilla and the chocolate) and another flavor be only 9%? Are we doing this right?
Work with me now. You take the total number of grams of fat, multiply by 9, right? You with me so far? Then you divide that figure by the total number of calories to get the percentage. Right? Are we sympatico?
You still come up with only 9% fat in your flavor? REALLY?
I have to have it.
