Hi everyone! I just received Acacia today for the first time. On the packaging,it is written that we need to dissolve it with cool or warm liquid. Can this liquid be: chicken broth?, all kinds of juice?, soup?, milk (soy)?, etc? And what kind of soft food could we dissolve it into? Thanks!!

Hi - There seems to some difficulty in dissolving it in acidic liquids like cranberry juice. The best bet for adding it to liquids other than water or herbal tea is probably to just dissolve it in a few spoonfuls of water first, then add that liquid to your juice, soup, etc. You could just try adding a bit to a small amount of soup, soy milk, etc. and see what happens. My guess is that it will typically dissolve just fine.
For moist foods, try pastas, puddings, hot cereals, casseroles, etc. You could basically experiment with anything - worst that will happen is you'll have to stir it in a bit more to get it to dissolve.

Yes. It has no taste and dissolves fairly easily. Do a search, you'll find a lot about it in here -- Heather did a long post about this just last week I believe, and she describes what to dissolve it in and how to do it better than I can.
(However, I only take 1-1/2 teaspoons, and I found that if I put the acacia in the cup FIRST, then add the boiling water, it dissolves much easier than vice-versa.)
