I am trying to add more calcium to my diet, but I'm having a hard time figuring out what are some safe sources.

Hi - Do a board search on this for good past info, and also to learn why you're going to need LESS calcium in your diet if you're not eating dairy and meat.

Sources are tofu, fortified soy milk or cereals or orange juice, almonds, leafy greens, canned salmon, beans, broccoli, figs, dried apricots, sesame seeds.
