I have used a mens washroom by mistake and did nothing but laugh it off. But I think because I KNEW
it was the mens room and I SHOULD have been in ladies it so tough to look a guy in the eye without
blushing and feeling embarrassed.

I hate how suddenly those attacks can hit. Sometimes you just don't have many options.
One of my worst ones was while my husband and I were vacationing in France. We were driving back to the hotel after a day trip and one hit me really fast. There were no exits in sight so I just had to use the side of the road. There were no trees to hide behind either. I made it back to the car, and when I sat back in my seat my rear end and backs of my legs started to burn. Apparently I didn't pay close enough attention to where I was squatting. Luckily it wasn't poison ivy, but it must have been a thorn bush or nettles. I had to ride the last 2 hours of the trip with my butt hovering off the seat because it prickled when I sat down. Of course, I have been hesitant to take long car trips since.
Now, whenever I am having an attack in a restaurant bathroom, as miserable as I am doubled over on the toilet, and embarassed that my friends are all waiting for me, I think, "well, at least I'm not on the side of the road in France."

You know, as strange as it sounds - it so nice to know there are others who have had the same problem.
You all have been so wonderful....it's so difficult to tell your friends things that they just don't understand (although they try).
