Heather, you said sometime in the last week or so (I tried to find it on search, but couldn't), that soy can cause gas and bloating like fiber, so you have to start small. Does that include soy milk? Because you have Will's Dreamy pudding as a very safe food when you can eat nothing else - what if you have never had soy milk (or any other soy stuff)? - is it still safe to eat the pudding?

Hi - the pudding has so much rice, which is probably the most tolerable soluble fiber food, that the soy milk in it shouldn't bother you at all. If you've never had soy and are worried, just use rice milk in the pudding instead. You can virtually always sub rice milk for soy (or rice cheese for soy cheese) without any problems.
