Hello Heather,
I recently purchased these from Vitamin World. I thought it would be a lot easier to use a chew than mixing a liquid in water and drinking that.
However, the bottle mentions something called FloraGLO, which I have never heard of before.
Below is the link. Do you think this is SAFE for us IBSers?
I am concerned about the FloraGlo Lutein. Has anyone ever heard of this?
Thanks much as always!!

Hi - lutein is just a supplement that is supposed to be good for eye health. It shouldn't cause any IBS problems at all.
Do read the actual ingredient list in these - I didn't see that at a glance. Watch out for inulin, FOS, etc.
Best, Heather

Thanks MUCH Heather! I didn't see those 2 ingredients either. But I WAS concerned about the FloraGLO. I was worried about this because I had a bad night last Sunday when I took one of these with supper. My problem was likely that I had a LOT of things that day, like coffee, bacon, and Valentine's day bakery with lots of dairy in it!
I guess I am NOT cured although I did complete the 100 days of Hypnosis CDs TWICE!

After looking at the ingredients I wouldn't touch these....corn syrup and sugar, and natural flavoring (often some sort of MSG); none of these things should be in any kind of vitamin/supplement.
