If a person is sensitive, (not intolerant though) to wheat, is spelt bread okay to eat: Rudis Organic Spelt bread: Ingredients: organic spelt flour, water, organic whole spelt flour, organic evaporated cane juice, organic high oleic sunflower/safflower oil, sea salt, organic oat fiber, organic vinegar, organic potato flour, organic oat flour, cultured organic whole spelt flour, organic molasses, yeast, lactic acid, natural enzymes, ascorbic acid.
The one I listed says it has 7 whole grains, so I'm not sure if that is okay or not on an IBS diet. Any thoughts?
