I've read about the bone broth drink touting benefits for IBS. Has anyone tried it? One recipe I found called for bone broth, apple cider vinegar, water, and a few veggies and herbs like onion, carrot, thyme, and rosemary. Does this seem like an IBS safe bet? Thanks for any feedback!!

If you've skimmed all the fat off, it's probably safe, but I'd still be cautious with a beef or pork version.
