As I eat a predominantly vegan diet my dietician has advised me to add a supplement to my diet. The ingredients include the following:
Sugar, Dextrose, Acacia, Selenomethionine (Selenium), Stearic Acid, Flavour (Blackcurrant), Erfocalciferol Preperation (D2), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (B6), Magnesium Stearate, Riboflavin (B2), PVP, Folacin (Folic Acid), Potassium Iodine (Iodine), Cyanocobalamin (B12).
Could someone cast their eye over this and give me their thoughts as to the safety of this vitamin for IBSers.
Thanks

in general just be sure to take with a meal. Looks like mostly B vitamins in there.

Thanks. The only one I was really concerned about was the magnesium, as I believe you've said that it can be problematic for some.
I'll be sure to take after a meal.

Magnesium stearate is used as a filler/binder in lots of pills. I don't think it's quite the same thing as just magnesium used as a supplement or laxative.
