Is it ok? It's a US product I believe but it seems to be available here. I don't remember exactly what it said it had but a quick flick through the ingredients I am pretty sure it never had dairy. Just thought the US people here might be able to verify it. It's called Aunt Jemima's Waffle and Pancake mix.

My husband and I really like the Aunt Jemima frozen French toast. I believe this has a small amount of dairy in it but it does not bother me in the least!
I can be VERY frustrating to ALWAYS have to keep LOOKING for foods that I can even EAT in the grocery store, when I see everybody else just filling up their carts with what ever food they WANT!!!

Be thankful for what you can eat. I have a friend who has been on a feeding tube for the last three weeks, and in reality most people, especially as they age, can't eat everything. Half the stuff I see in other grocery carts I wouldn't go near with a ten foot pole anyway.

Wow! That's too bad about your friend! Will she have to STAY on the feeding tube?
I AM thankful for what I can eat, but I STILL want PIZZA and ICE CREAM!! Oh Well!!
