Hello,

I just VERY reluctantly gave up milk based ice cream!

I saw an ice cream at the health food store which has the main ingredient as coconut milk.

I tried searching on this site and could not find the answer to my question:

Would this be safe for IBS??

Thanks!

soy, almond, or rice milks instead. Or fat free sorbets.

Best,
Heather

Heather,

Is it OK to put the Acacia fiber into eggs, cereal and soups??

I would think so!

Thanks!

P.S. I received my fiber today and took my first one half baker's teaspoon full. I am trying hard to drink enough fluids so the fiber can work for me!!
