Some of the medication I am taking gives me really dry mouth. Before finding Heather's diet I used to suck on sugar free mints to help with this, however all of the ones I can find seem to have artificial sweeteners that can be IBS triggers. I have cavity problems, so I can't suck on mints or hard candy with real sugar during the day either.
Does anyone know of any mints or hard candies - any flavor, that are okay for teeth (no sugar) and also okay for IBS (no artificial sugar triggers)?

See if you can find anything with stevia. It's the only non-sugar sweetener new

I know that won't cause IBS issues.
