Salt, Vitamins [Niacin (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Riboflavin (B2), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (B6), Folic Acid (B9), Tocopherol (E, Contains Soy)].
The oat bran may cause a problem due to high insoluble fiber. The bar has 4.7 grams of insoluble fiber per 100 grams. And honey which contains more fructose than glucose maybe be a problem too.
What is the insoluble fiber content o f the Carmens bar?

Would it be safe if chewed extremely well?

unfortunately chewing does not change the amount of insoluble fiber they contain. However, it is possible you can tolerate that amount of insoluble fiber -- many IBS suffers cannot.
