A nutritionist recommended I try eating canned albacore tuna or wild alaskan salmon from the vitalchoice website in order to get enough Omega3s. Are these fish products safe for IBS-D? Anyone had any experience with these?

I eat canned tuna and wild Alaskan salmon. However, I buy it from Costco or any other regular supermarket. Some people have difficulties with salmon because of its higher fat content.

Add to a soluble fiber foundation - your safe breads, pastas, rice, baked potatoes, etc. Or make a quick dip for baked chips.

Best,
