Are Pepperidge Farms Pretzel Goldfish safe? I think pretzels are safe foods, but I just never realized how many ingredients are in pretzels. I have been eating these a lot for snacks, so wanted to double check...

Ingredients:
Made with Smiles and Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate [Vitamin B1], Riboflavin [Vitamin B2], Folic Acid), Salt, Vegetable Oils (Canola, Sunflower and/or Soybean), Contains 2 Percent of Less of: Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Malted Barley, Bicarbonates and Carbonates of Sodium and Nonfat Milk (Adds a Trivial Amount of Cholesterol).

Yes, they should be - very low fat content and the minute trace of dairy at the end of the list shouldn't be problematic unless you're allergic.

Typically pretzels of just about any kind are safe.
