Hello

Just a quick question this time, is there such a thing as too much soluble fibre?
As in 10g of a soluble fibre supplement before every meal as well as having a soluble fibre base to every meal??

30 gram of soluble supplement per day is on the higher end of the spectrum. If it has no benefit at that level then drop back a bit and see what happens
